I was in here looking for shoes the other day. They did not have the shoe that I was looking for, but I had a nice conversation with the salesperson. She was interested in why I wanted a shoe with less padding and listened intently as I explained to her that padding & stability = bad for feet. There was more to it than that, but she genuinely seemed to care about doing her job well and was interested in doing it better. I didn’t end up buying any shoes but I’d go back.
