I’ve had their service for years always reliable! Now the wait time at this store is ridiculous!
If you are tired of waiting go check out the new location on 2^nd street. I went last night 4 people working and I was the only customer!
Super helpful! Highly recommend the new store over this one!

I was helped immediately by Wally the store manager. The wait time was a little long but when I was helped by Kimberly she took care of all the things I needed & was a great help. I would recommend you go see Kimberly when you go into the store just make sure you ask for her. She knows how to take care of her customers!

I hit this AT&T Store when I unceremoniously broke my iPhone 4S screen. I had no desire to buy a new iPhone, but of course that’s what I did.
It was shortly before closing and I had to wait in a decent sized line to be helped. However, the sign in and waiting was organized. Keith helped me with my purchase and transferring my data to my new phone. He was very professional, helpful and had a particularly good attitude for it being so busy and right before closing.
I hope I don’t ever have to go back to an AT&T Store, but if I had to, this one is A-OK!
