Unfortunately, although they got a new manager, Navin Mursalim, the same old problems continue. Especially bad is the lack of privacy with staff entering your apartment whenever they please. It’s really hard to feel secure here with such invasion of privacy. Complaints about this only get lip service, but no changes. I recommend you find a more caring community. Read the reviews that Unilocal is not showing you. It’s that bad.

I don’t even know where to start… Me and my boyfriend has lived in this complex for about 3 years. At first, we were pretty happy about the complex. Seemed to be a quiet complex and it seemed to be kept ok. It seems that management has changed. I do know that it looks to be a whole new staff in the leasing office. About 1 year to a 1 yr ½ in, we began to see things we did not like. Sometimes, you had to call multiple times just to get a human being on the line. There were times we had to call multiple times to actually get them to send maintenance/pest control to come out. We had an ant problem when we first moved to the 2nd apartment.(we moved from a 2 br to a 1 br) The pest control was able to get that under control. But let’s move to this wasp problem. Every summer that has rolled around brought wasps INOURAPARTMENT. This may just be a problem with this unit, not sure. But there has to be a hole somewhere. They’ve sent out pest control every time we’ve complained, but they obviously don’t understand that we need more than a spray. When a wasp can just enter your home and fly in your face,(which actually happened yesterday) there’s an issue. And we know for a fact that it did not come in through an open door. There were A LOT of bees at one point also, but they finally fixed the problem after a host of complaints. Parking needs it own space. It’s a HUGE problem. If you don’t get home before the sun goes down, you have to fend for yourself. Who wants to spend all this money and not even have parking??? We have to park buildings down and sometimes on the other side of the complex and walk up stairs just to get to our car. Literally. People get mad at the people who park on the curbs but it’s not our faults. And when I say they get mad, I mean someone went as far as leaving a nasty note on our car. Called us fat and lazy amongst a lot of other things(which we are not) Like I said, it’s a HUGE problem. We also had spit on our window one morning, and let’s not forget about a SLASHEDTIRE!!! And nothing has yet to be done. No one is sending an email out, nothing! It’s disgusting. We moved into this 1 br unit, which was the 1st unit they put wood vinyl floors in. That was a huge mistake. It LOOKS nice but this building wasn’t built to stop noise from traveling to units below us. So everyday things like walking, cleaning, etc. disturbs the apt below us. Which causes them to beat on whatever they’re beating on to let us know. For the money we’re paying, there’s toooooo many issues all around. And let’s not mention the staff in the office with their attitudes. What are you aggravated for??? We’re paying tenants with insect problems, parking problems, and spitting, tire slashing, note writing neighbors. I don’t understand why the attitude is coming from your direction. We told them we were leaving and received a sheet with a list of things that we will be charged for if there is «damage». 90% of the list contains things they should do anyway. I feel scammed. LONGSTORYSHORT, DON’T DOIT!!!
