THISISTHEBESTVERIZONSTOREEVER! No seriously though. I went to Europe, got scammed by Apple and Verizon was insanely helpful in getting my phone all worked out. Go see Pat! He is an energetic and helpful Verizon worker who made waiting in the store actually enjoyable. Also, Joe is pretty cool too.

Almost always taken care of well here. Always a wait, being its location, but they move things along. Shoutout to Joe albrecht – what a guy. Greets you with a smile and knows his shit. So helpful. Such a good salesman though! Wow.

Polite but useless. Have a problem with your iPhone? Don’t bother bringing it here. They’ll just send you to Apple.

I would leave negative stars if I could. Two reps casually talking to a young lady and when I ask one if I could purchase a specific phone, they tell me the wait is still legthy. Please fire these less than helpful people and learn to run your business if you actually want to make a profit. Us and other customers all left and will be making our purchases at alternative retailers.

I was upgrading a phone for my daughter and purchased a new iPhone. I needed to buy a case and screen protector. The sales rep told me of a promotion«bundle» they were offering for a case, screen, and car charger. It seemed like a good deal so I agreed to buy it. We get a discount through my wife’s company on accessories but we were told we couldn’t use the discount due to the stores promotion. That made no sense to me. Many other retail stores take employee discounts off of sales items and promotions. The sales rep agreed with me and went to discuss with his manager. The manager came over and politely explained how their computer system didn’t allow the employee discount on top of their promotion but then offered to take away the ridiculous $ 30 upgrade fee Verizon charges when you get a new phone.(As if they’re not raking enough money off me). Anyway, I’d like to thank the manage for her professionalism, courtesy, in putting the customer first to ensure a satisfied customer. This is what Customer Service is all about. I read so many negative comments on Verizon wireless stores. If more store managers were as accommodating as this one Verizon wouldn’t have the tarnished image it has.
