I’m SO glad a friend referred me to this place! Not sure why I never noticed it before, but it’s never too late! Delicious breakfasts, yummy sandwiches with Boars Head meats, and the BEST doughnuts I’ve ever out in my mouth! Ready to go back right now!

They have awesome donuts! Their wings are pretty good and not small. I’ve tried their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and it’s very good!

Closed on Monday. What’s that all about? All the donuts and pastries I’ve tried here here have been good but haven’t tried their other fare. We needed this in the area. Dunkin Donuts just doesn’t get it.

Our first experience here was incredible. How have we not heard about this place before now. We got bacon egg and cheese croissant & biscuit. Believe it or not they actually asked how we wanted the eggs cooked. I’ve never been asked that before! The croissant was was amazing, fresh & buttery just delicious. The mocha frappé was delicious. However no soy or other milk alternatives :(They need to work on their coffee options. Regular coffee with grocery store coffee creamer flavors just doesn’t work. The donut selection was insane but we were too full to try any so we will have to come back. Excellent place to relax and hang out.

Donuts, especially the croissants 5-STAR. Service by long-haired, blond chic, 1-Star. All of the other folks here have been awesome. I belive her initials are kjb. Because of her I may choose to spend my dollars elsewhere. Ewwwwww, she almost soured my day. Btw, it’s 8:28 a.m.

Pretty good prices, ordered 2 fried chicken sandwich combos that include a drink, side and doughnut all for under $ 10. But I would have to say they don’t have the fastest service, we waited for over 20 minutes for our food. Another woman went up to the counter with the same complaint and the guy offered her celery and carrots while all the time the food was waiting in the back.

Went back today and bought two dozen doughnuts, the special for $ 9.99/each. Great selection, you get 6 tier 1, and 6 tier 2 doughnuts in each box. They even allow you to get a cup of doughnut holes in exchange for one of the tier 2 doughnuts. My only complaint is the ice cream doughnut. They charge $ 4.95 for a tier 1 doughnut and a ¼ scoop of ice cream. Definitely won’t ever make that mistake again. Also bought a Chicken Finger and French Fries combo. They were crispy and delish :-)

I really enjoyed the food. It was a lot to choose from. They had pastas to wings. The had a surprising array of Doughnuts and eclairs to eat. They wings were good and a good size. They the basic flavors but they allow you mix them like hot lemon pepper wings. You can get doughnuts filled with your favorite toppings. Nice area to sit at. It was very quiet with two large Tv’s to watch. I really enjoyed myself and I am looking forward to going again.

This café is a nice hidden surprise in Lawrenceville. The owners planned strategically with the interior design. Very warm & welcoming traditional decorations. I loved it. I wished they spent that time on their menu items. I got an egg & cheese biscuit accompanied by a red velvet doughnut, Oreo truffle &OJ. Well the highlight for me was the Oreo truffle. It was moist & bursting with chocolatey goodness. Made me smile. I was very disappointed with the biscuit. When I opened the packaging I could tell the biscuit was dry as hell! It was as if they microwaved an old biscuit! You really CANNOT beat fresh ingredients! I ended up just eating the egg with a fork. The velvet doughnut was the 2nd disappointment. You’d think that since they’re a DOUGHNUT spot that they would spend time on DOUGHNUTS. Not the case. The red velvet was dry. I didn’t finish it. A complete waste of calories! I would give them one more shot because their clerk was so courteous & well mannered.

I so hate to do this but after months and months of trying relive the better experiences from when they first opened, I have to say the service has gone down. The owners are still great but the teenagers they have in there are pretty mediocre. Sometimes they engage you and other times they just stare at you and wait for you to order. The doughnut selection has decreased dramatically since opening. You would think they would make all varieties available every morning and then decrease the options after 2pm. I’ve come in on many occasions to buy doughnuts for the team but have been forced to go to other doughnut shops to get more variety. Then the creamer option for the coffee… THEYCHARGEYOUEXTRATOUSETHEFLAVOREDCREAMER. Local restaurants like First Watch, Doughnut Worry and heck even the gas stations allow you to customize your coffee with flavored creamers for free. It seems as if financially times are getting rough when you have to pass on those types of cost to the Customer. I’m rooting for you guys, we need you in Lawrenceville, do better please.

I was craving donuts today and swung by this place because I saw the positive reviews on Unilocal. The space was bigger than I thought. The staff was great. The price was excellent. The variety of doughnuts were a little disappointing. It was spread out on the counter on cake tiers in what seems to be random. Perhaps at the end of the day there were only one or two of each flavor. I guess I was used to seeing all of the doughnuts in front of me to make a selection. I had to walk round people and tiers to see what else was there. I asked the clerk to pick six of their best sellers. What I got I consider very ordinary doughnuts. See my picture. This place satisfied my doughnut craving for the moment so I give it three stars. Unless they have something extraordinary I don’t think I want to come back.

Twisted doughnuts and café definitely is not your regular doughnut shop. When you walk in the décor is very nice and high end and has 2 big screen TV playing current sports with comfy loungy sofa you can relax on. I liked that they had big family style table that can accommodate a larger group. There are 2 big painting/mural on the wall and I was very surprised to find out that the chef was an artist and drew the mural/painting on the wall himself. Staff here were on the younger side from high school but all the workers were nice, willing and attentive. The food though was surprisingly good. I had some wings, fried chicken sandwich with some fries and coleslaw. My SO had the chicken salad sandwich with potato salad. I got mild wings since I was sharing with others who couldn’t do spicy, but the wings were good. not those small dried up wings with some sauce on it. They were juicy and crispy good size wings. I almost got the grilled chicken sandwich but I wanted to see of they do fried chicken sandwich right… Chicken patty was juicy and crispy with nice seasoning… unlike some I tried at other places. chicken salad sandwich could have used some more seasoning I thought but I genrally eat on the salty side so that might just be me. the sides. potato salad and coleslaw were pretty on point too. Towards the end of my meal, I saw someone who ordered some ribs and some mac and cheese. I heard them say…” oh man. it’s fall off the bone. This is some good ribs.” I wanted to try some too but I was too full so I will be back for some ribs and will give an update later. try the maple glazed bacon doughnut, it was. can’t just eat one, out of this world good. :) will be back for sure to try their other deliciousness.

Decided to check this place out with some girlfriends, since Andrea M. was spreading the word about their grand opening yesterday. Albiet it was their grand opening, they appeared to be quite overwhelmed and unorganized. The ordering process took a lot longer than it needed to. It was almost Starbucks-style, where the cashier writes your drink order on the plastic cup and hands it off to one of the baristas. The baristas seemed to be all over the place and often returned to ask the cashiers specific questions about the order. This distracted the cashiers from handling current transactions, thus, slowing everything down. I’m sure they’ll work out the kinks eventually. They use a swivel, touch screen tablet to take your order, which is pretty cool unless you’re not tech savvy. It was nice to be able to verify your order before committing to it. I was fine with the ordering system, but some of my friends told me about their confusions as to where to swipe their card and how they’ve never used a tablet to sign for the receipts, etc. I ordered an Italian crème Twisted Ice coffee(~$ 4) to go along with my complimentary chocolate glazed doughnut(they didn’t offer anything else for the complimentary item, not even a plain doughnut). I like my coffee sweet and all, but this was too sweet. The whipped cream on top actually toned it down a little bit. The doughnut was not sweet at all(which is fine to me because it almost balanced out alongside the iced coffee), but the bottom portion of it was pretty dry. One of my friends got a mango/strawberry smoothie and a second friend tried to order the same drink after tasting it. The guy who took her order told her that they can’t mix flavors. yet one of the girls got one. We stayed there for quite some time, enjoying each others’ company. After a while, the craziness died down and one of the employees walked around offering complimentary glazed croissants. She gave our table of 7 girls one and asked if we would like more. We said sure, but she just left and never came back, even though she was carrying several more in her hands. The café is different than most because not only do they offer coffee, bubble tea, smoothies, doughnuts, but they also provide breakfast and lunch food items. My friends were particularly eyeballing the wings, but we opted not to buy anymore food here since we were going somewhere else after. Smart move to play a slideshow showcasing the food they offer. We almost bought more! This might be a neat spot for a quick lunch if you work or live nearby. I always ask my friends if they’d ever return to the restaurant/café/etc and sadly, this time it was pretty unanimous that none of us would return. This place is just too far for everyone and the food and drinks we tried isn’t worth the drive. Parking is plentiful, as it is located in a decently sized plaza.

I came here on the grand opening day on Jan. 10, 2015. It is located right next to American Insurance and Anytime Fitness gym. A very cute place to have coffee, donught, bubble tea and other desserts. The donught was tasty and I really like the ambiance here. There are flat screen TVs to watch and enjoy your breakfast or lunch. The coffee was freshly brewed and the staff was very friendly. Yes, I would definitely come back to meet with friends over some coffee and doughnuts. There are lots of variety to choose and everything I had was good. There are lots of free parking and credit cards are accepted here. I love the décor here. WiFi is free and now I do not need to drive far to have my breakfast. Love the location here. I will be back and you will like it too. Unilocal #85

My first time coming to a grand opening! a little late mind you lol but it was worth it. First the location itself looked great, loved the environment and the décor, it was very modern but still had a traditional feel to it. They were very busy but the service was fast and all the workers were very friendly and attentive. Only went to try their donuts but their lunch menu and breakfast menu looked very appealing. I ordered a chocolate glazed donut and a French vanilla iced coffee they were delicious and sweet. I had forgotten that they were giving away a free donut with purchase so I paid for mine which was not a big deal but Ravi reminded me of it, so we asked if they could fix it, not only did they gave me back my money but gave me another donut free. In the end that’s what really put them on top for me, the great customer service is greatly appreciated.

I woke up especially early on a Saturday so that I can come to their grand opening, which is today and get a free donut! I’m so glad I did! I’ve been looking forward to finally having a local donut shop in this neck of the wood. Anyways, the café is super cute, nice color interior and a few lounging area for those who would be in a donut coma… I can see this as a nice place to meet up with friends, have a donut or a bubble tea… or even a plate of ribs. Yes, this isn’t no plain donut shop, they got ribs and chicken fingers here folks… I haven’t tried it yet but It’s already on my mind. They were quite busy, which is a very good thing. They had a good amount of staff to handle the hungry crowd. I ordered the half a dozen donuts from their Tier 2 selection. I had chocolate, glazed, raspberry filled éclair, apple fritter, cinnamon bun, coconut cake donut and maple glazed. They were amazingly delicious. I can’t wait to taste the rest of their other delectable selection. I’m already planning my second visit… :) It’s nice, casual and friendly. Definitely coming back!

This place just had their grand opening today. I was actually one of the first people here, because I got here earlier than the opening time. Oops! But it was good, because I got to experience it before a lot of people got there. This place is super cute with lots of smiles and above-and-beyond friendly staff. They have boba & popping jelly options for iced coffees called«twisted iced coffees». I tried the one with the Italian crème and it was super sweet for me, but next time I’ll just request less sweet and see if that’s better for my taste buds. I also got a strawberry coconut doughnut and it tastes great! I am going to try some of their lunch items soon. This café is located in the plaza off Sugarloaf and Johnston Road next to Old Snellville. It’s right next to the Anytime Fitness. There are also a couple of other stores here including a Tropical Smoothie place, an english learning place called Aloha, a nail salon, barbershop, and American Family Insurance. I hope this place puts this side of Lawrenceville on the map! Wi-Fi password — 12GLAZED
