Could not have been any better, very professional, on time, and communication was excellent, would recommend and will use again My carpets look like new, I have three dogs too so it took some heavy water pressure to get them clean. Courtney explained to me what he was going to do every step of the way. Even left me some booties for my husband to use when he got home WELL DONE SIR !

Doesn’t get any better than this. I’m extremely busy, putting in nearly 80 hours a week and I called Truman Steemers to setup an appointment. He came out the next day while my wife was home and never once tried to upsell her. When I got home I was very impressed to find that the carpet was already dry and that it looked as good as new. Don’t second guess these guys they’re professional, courteous, and punctual! Highly, highly recommend!
