*UPDATE* As we are leaving, and already in the parking lot, the manager comes after us asking if we’re ready. I asked is he done and he said no not yet, but that we’re next. Seriously? What was the point of you running after us if you weren’t ready to help us yet. Horrible customer service. walked in and the woman who helped me load my visa card was a sweetheart. my friends behind me were next. and the guy who was supposed to help them, He had to clock out. So he got another guy to help, but he was on the phone. when was done he helped another customer, then He came over and said can I help you. so my friend said yeah you were supposed to help us. So he said he will be right with us.(I was done already). He said that 3 – 4 times then handed us off to a manager once more customers came in. when asked why wasn’t he helping us, he said, «because he is the manager.» like, what is that supposed to mean? He just wanted to help the customers after us who were setting up a new account/line so he gets his credit/points/quota. while that’s all understandable, it is a first come first serve basis. meaning we should’ve been handled first. not recommending this location. will be finding another home store.
