Took my 18 month old daughter here today to check for possible pneumonia. The staff was friendly and attentive. The office was clean and well maintained. The doctor took his time to really listen to her lungs. Ordered an X-ray which they don’t have at this facility. The place he ordered it isn’t open on the weekends and I tried several other places but no luck. Will have to wait until Monday for X-ray to be taken. That was the only frustrating part. Other than that, great service.

I urge anyone who goes to this office to know their insurance status, example: your copay and deductible information before going. Because I am usually thorough when it comes to what I pay out and I also keep up with my EOB’S, I should have known better when i went into this office but against my better judgement, i did not use my inusrance card and paid as a self pay patient, I paid what they said that I should, only to find out once I received my EOB that I was only responsible for what my card says is my copay regardless if I have a deductible leftover. Not to mention they also billed my insurance for the same procedures that I paid for as a self pay patient.(this is called double billing and its a fraud) I called and left many messages, I went to the office to see the office manager but she was not in left another message, still no return call as of yet. These people are frauds and should be investigated by the insurance companies ASAP.

I went to the Urgent Care today and had a great experience. We needed this kind of facility in our neighborhood. I was out of the place in less than 30 minutes. The cleanliness, friendly staff, and the excellent provider made it all work for me!!! I am definitely going to brag about this place!!! Anita Ali

I called to get details about the protocol for scheduling an annual visit– Although I am very aware that it is an urgent care facility I was not sure of the process for annual visits SO I CALLED. It was about 20 minutes before closing time and the RUDERECEPTIONIST was very unpleasant and reacted as though I shouldn’t be calling about scheduling an appointment for an annual. She was not informed of how to read benefits(I have a degree in HEALTHCAREADMINISTRATION) ANDSHEWASINCORRECTABOUTTHEINFORMATIONSHEGAVEREGARDINGWHATMYINITIALVISIT would cost. I informed her that she was very unpleasant and asked when I could call back to speak with someone who had time to answer my questions. Many people including myself do not just subject themselves to seeing different healthcare providers and I just wanted to ensure my insurance would be accepted and I also wanted to make sure that my concerns could be addressed without seeing a specialist. I suggest they get a friendlier receptionist who is accustomed to presenting themselves in a better manner and is also skilled at dealing with general public. Because of this encounter I WILLNOTBESEEINGTHISPHYSICIAN his front office staff SUCKS !
