This shop is a top notch respectful and courteous store, managed by a gentleman named Michael. I have had three occasions to use them now in the past several months, and can honestly say, Good Job! The store is clean… to include the bathroom! If you’ve been inside many auto repair facilities, you know why I even make a mention about that! It’s the little things that go unnoticed too often in business…
I WILL be back!

The team at this STS are the best. I drive from NYC to Lawrenceville to get my car serviced there. My mother is 86 and has close to 200K miles on her old Toyota. They know her by name and treat her as if she is their OWN mother. Only place I’ll go to get my car taken care of.

The last time I was there, I had to wonder if they are intentionally sabotaging my vehicle. They returned it to me with the wrong — and very expensive — diagnosis, as well as a newly broken part. Granted I have an old car, but all the more reason for respect. Several years ago I had a major repair here and they did a very good job, but now I won’t go back.
