Service shop is a ripoff. I took my Mantis in a few years back and they quoted a $ 130 price for a new carburetor. WTF? It is an aluminum block. I order a kit for $ 25 and problem was solved. I will never ever give these guys my business again.

Customer service and responsibility is HORRIBLE. Don’t tell a customer that you can fix something if you cannot. Had us pay for the services and brought our lawn mower out my husband immediately knew something was not right. When he complained that the technicians response was«yeah it was really hard to put back together. Something else is wrong. «why the hell would you not call your customer and let them know you see something else wrong??? Then also complain about the work. My husband refused to take it without it being looked at again and fixed. Aaron told him well we usually don’t work on troybilts. They are hard for us. Well then you should have never taken the job in the first place if you couldn’t do the work. I am disappointed that they tried to give it back to us worse then how we brought it and not say a word. That is scamming and scandalous. They had it for almost 3 weeks to originally fix two drive belts. The mower is less than a year old and it now drives like it is about to fall apart. NEVER use this company. They don’t care about their customers, quality of work, or scamming.

Terrible service center, they lack integrity and are so non customer friendly! You call make appointment ahead of time, drop off your gear, and they say it will be ready at(time). They don’t call you or even bother keeping their word, so here we are no equipment and losing money, time, and patience!

Maybe I just got lucky but I had a great experience. I think it was with one of the owners, had the last name of Sosebee. Anyway, I needed a Honda lawnmower air filter, they ended up talking to me about the problem and upon their suggestion I bought a carb and gaskets for it as well. They took the time to make sure I had what was needed, and printed out a parts list and drawing for me. Installed all the parts and my mower runs like brand new. Very impressed with them.

Absolute horrible experience. Do not go here for any reason. As other reviewers have mentioned the staff is very unhelpful. I will never go here again and will tell others to avoid this place.

I went there once, and I will never go there again. The sales staff was very short and very rude. Apparently I wasn’t a contractor so they did not want anything to do with me. It’s unfortunate when a company that has had success like they apparently have, think they are above helping a regular Joe out. Sad thing is I was looking forward to go there and buy a tractor. They lost my business to another company.

I would not say this place comes off as having the friendliest bunch of people I have met or have done business with before by any means; but they do seem to get the job done, so I guess that’s what matters the most. I actually enjoy going into their store. It’s a guy’s kind of place with all the power equipment you can imagine. I bought my Stihl backpack blower from these guys and some misc. things for my Honda push mower. They have also sharpened the blades for my mower as well. Most recently, I purchased my first chainsaw from them. Like the blower, they always put gas and oil in them and give them a test run before you drive away with the equipment. This ensures the equipment is running right before you leave and it gives you the basics in how to run the equipment as well. The prices seem just as much inline as anywhere; and it’s convenient enough being in Lawrenceville. If you have never been by, I would drop buy and check these guys out.
