Papa John’s Pizza

ahh, papa johns. This location is likely exactly like any other. No places for sitting to enjoy your pizza. This store does have two small benches and friendly customer service. Also, this location is a stand alone tiny store on its own lot off of cruse road, and while the lot is small, parking has never been a concern for me.
The pizza is decent, cheap (especially if you visit sites like
to score some 50% promo codes for papa), reliable when you’re hungry and don’t want to cook. You can call ahead to order, order right in front of the staff like the customer in front of me did, or just be old fashioned and have them deliver it to you.

I was very disappointed yesterday with their service. I had a very long day of work and i was craving pizza so i headed there after work 25 minutes before their closing time and they told me they were closed. I was highly upset. I understand if it were at least 5 minutes before but we’re talking about almost half an hour. This is something that should be changed.

I just called to order a large cheese pizza for my 3 starving nieces under 3 years and they told me they don’t open till 11am but she said she would start now and deliver it in about 45mins. It came in about 25mins! Thank you all so much, thank you Ana! Great, unexpected customer service!

It was great. The buffalo pizza was great I tried to for the first time. I liked it. I ordered a second medium pizza meat pizza to. All good.

Pizza’s fine, typical papa john’s whatever. The service is awful. For some reason they think they are going to get robbed every two seconds (this is not a bad neighborhood), so they make you get you pizza from a little drawer on the side of the building because it would be too dangerous to let the customer go in the actual store. Sometimes, they don’t let you order in store either, you can be right there, and they’ll shout at you to call. We live 5 minutes away, and after 10pm they won’t even let you pick up, delivery only, which costs more (delivery fee plus tip).

Absolutely frustrating. I stopped in last night, starving, and excited to try the new Philly Cheese Steak pizza. I walked on, I was the only customer in there, the front counter girl was doing something at the register but it wasn’t work. We stood 3 feet from each other for about a min (she never looked up at me) until I said «mmm I think I want to try that new Philly Pizza». Without even looking at me she said «one minute». We both stood there for another minute until I said «ma’am? Can I place a to-​go order?» Again, without even looking up, I was told to wait. That was it! Horrible customer service. As I started to walk out I turned around and asked for the manager’s name, instead she just handed me a blank piece of paper with the stores # on it. There are plenty of other places I can spend my money.

A one large topping pizza for 15 bucks with no delivery, a bit overly priced no? Papa Johns should look at their competitors. Most pizza joints and even chained ones offer a one large topping for about 9 – 12 bucks. Considering the cost of actually making a pizza it’s way over priced. I’m not ever coming back without a coupon.
On the other side, the staff here was extremely nice and polite. The pizza came out fast as any good pizza joint should be. The meat to cheese to sauce ratio was acceptable. I only wish the dough was a bit crisper. While I was in line I overheard the cashier accidentally screw up an order but the customer was promptly compensated. Overall job well done.

Have been ordering from this location for 3 years. Every time is great. Would recommend this location to all. Delivery is also very fast.
