They do have a large variety of products to choose from. Unfortunately, in a time where any customer can get these products online and likely at a lower price, outstanding customer service becomes paramount.
It was close to their time to close, yet that was no excuse to the way I was treated. Perhaps some of you have experience a different treatment, yet mine was so insulting I shall not return to this establishment and likely those of my friends and family who consume supplements will likely not come here either.
I walked in, aware that they were closing soon and I simply asked if they had vegan, or similar type of protein powder due to a health condition a family member has developed over the years. The lady pointed me to their selection, which I appreciated, and I asked if she could tell me what makes a vegan protein powder a better choice for some customers over the, say, whey products, and how do they compared. That’s when she was condescending, made that facial expression of disdain towards me, rolled her eyes and said: «you know, it’s vegetarians. It’s made out of plants. No beef, or eggs…» It went on. You know, lady, you may wanna go home, or maybe I appear to be younger, or your just judging me from what you see and whatever it is you see perhaps you don’t like, but that does not excuse you to fill your ego with a sense of superiority and hubris.
