Beverly answered the phone with a ten pound chip on her shoulder. I tried to ask her about ordering two columns that were pictured on their website (custom/​expensive) for a project and she informed me that they wouldn’t sell two columns to anyone. I She asked what company I was from and I said I was a homeowner. She said we dont sell two columns to individuals. AND The minimum she huffed was a $ 1000. I asked if my contractor could order and she said well yes but said we dont sell two columns to anyone. They have to be custom made. (ummm yes thats my plan) She proceeded to talk down to me, talk over me and then HUNG up on me as I –sputtering – attempted talk through her to find out who they do sell to. I guess I will go ahead and buy two $ 1400 columns from Chadsworth’s as at least they were polite.
