Went there for breakfast with mother and two kids. They absolutely loved the playplace. We got hotcakes and sausage, sausage egg mcmuffin, biscuit and gravy, hash browns, iced hazelnut coffee, and a sausage biscuit. Everything was good except the biscuit. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were hard and it was remade but the second time the sausage gravy was cold. Also my son didn’t eat his bottom half of his sausage biscuit because it was hard as well. The play place was very clean and a lady came is there multiple times to clean during the hour and a half we were there. It’s super great to have adult conversation while the kids play.

Went to grab lunch to bring back to the office. Been 2 months since ive had mcdonalds but I really wanted a big mac. To bad I wont be able to enjoy it since they only put 1 patty on it. I understand they were in their lunch rush but come on do your job! Since im at work and my lunch break is almost over I have no time to go back to fix the issue. Its one thing to open the bag to make sure you have all your items but I shouldn’t have to open every item to make sure theres pattys on my burger.

If I could, I would give it a negative 5 star. We realize that a High school diploma or equivalent is the only education you really need to have in order to get a job at McDonald’s. However, it’s up to the management to properly train employees on how to do their job at McDonald’s. It doesn’t take rocket science to know how to make food and get«special» instructions correct from the person taking the order to the person making the order. Apparently the McDonalds locations we go to, it is difficult to take orders and accurately make the orders. The other night, while on our way out of town for a family emergency, we stopped at the drive thru at McDonalds to grab a bite to eat for the road. It was a simple order, all 3 burgers we ordered cheese and ketchup only. I honestly do not know how the lady got the order«pickle only» from Cheese and ketchup only. My husband corrected the order when he seen the order on the screen, the lady said she had it corrected after my husband told her. Being 11:45 at night, the store obviously wasn’t busy, so there was no need to rush or mess up our order. Got to the window to pick up our order and the guy who appeared to have been a manager had asked us if we only wanted ketchup on our burgers. Again, that’s what we had ordered. After him telling his cook crew ketchup only, after 15 minutes of waiting(again, no one else was waiting for food), we finally got our food. What did we get, one burger smothered in ketchup, and the other two smothered with ketchup and mustard. At this point, having to wait, to having an inept employee who couldn’t correctly take a simple order, we pulled around and were asked«can I take your order». After stating to her our order was not correct and we just want a refund, she asked us to pull to the second window(not the first window). Having waited nearly 10 minutes again to get a refund, the manger was yelling from the first window(where you pay), apparently too lazy to walk to the window we were originally told to pull up to. Because of this guys pure laziness(again its McDonalds, you aren’t expected to work hard), we backed up, nearly backing up into a car in the drive thru, because of the mangers ignorance. We spent nearly 25 minutes total waiting to get our food, to getting a refund because our order was incorrect. This is 25 minutes we will never get back, 25 minutes that kept us from getting on the road to get to Memphis in time to see my sister-in-law before she passed. Sadly, we did not make it in time. There is no excuse for McDonald’s to continuously mess up a customers order. If managers would properly train their employees, there would be less wasted food and wasted customer’s time. No one should have to repeatedly go back and wait longer to get their food correct. I certainly hope that the manager(if not the franchise owner), reads these posts and should read these complaints to learn what is going on at their stores and use to make better decisions on training their employees.
