I was in a pinch and needed labels for my Primera LX900. I had an order from a customer and I didn’t have enough labels to complete the order. I found Laser Inkjet Labels through Google and proceeded to place an order. I ordered on Monday, and with upgraded shipping, had the labels in hand on Wednesday — all the way in California. Ordered the glossy paper labels for my Epson inkjet label printer. Really printed nice. Colors were bright and came out virtually dry. No smearing on my hands. It did take a couple of days to ship out and couple more to get, but they’re the best labels I’ve seen. After a little measuring and looking at their template, alignment was about perfect.

The directions/template instructions for using the labels are nonexistent. Waste of money. and then«Allow to sit for 8+ hours if not using laminating labels». wasted my money

I didn’t want to even give this company one star. Danny’s customer service skills are almost nonexistent. I had three conversations with him starting on September 5th, then the 7th, regarding an order I place on the 1st of September. I was told the order shipped on the 5th. but UPS says a shipping label was not generated till the seventh and they did not receive till the 11th. ETA to me is the 14th. That’s nine working days. When confronted Danny had no excuse other than he doesn’t always know what’s going on in the warehouse, but when I asked to talk to a manager, apparently he is it. Look up Accountability in your dictionary, Danny. Then go online and look up Customer Service Training and get some.
