The market is smallish and carries the typical, Mexican foods and products, and also has a small carniceria butcher shop. But lo bueno about this market is the taqueria in the back of the market!
The taqueria has become a weekly ritual. They only accept cash, but you can get cheap tacos, quesdillas, tortas, burritos, and plate specials for reeeally cheap! They have about 4 or 5 tables, so sometimes you’ll end up making friends with the other clients (ALWAYS Mexican and friendly).
The food is authentic, cheap, and filling!
