Great guy! Anytime we need him he arrives without question. I feel safe and feel that we are getting one heck of a deal with one heck of a great guy. Wayne is professional, yet funny, and is completely genuine.

Not your Average Pest Control. :) KUMA Pest Control came to my house for a normal service for Pests. Mr. Wayne Cooper had exceptional customer service. Not only was he friendly and prompt, Mr. Cooper went above and beyond in the service department. As he was about to leave my house I had an unexpected guest frantically come up to my house asking to use a phone. She said she was running from someone. Alone, with my dogs put away, I let her use my phone unsure of the situation. She seemed like she was in trouble, and I was worried the person she was running from was about to pull up mad. Luckily, Wayne had enough sense to stay there in his car near my house until the person left. I waved at him that it was ok and he left. I am SO THANKFUL HE STAYED!!! I did not want him to leave and he knew that she was a stranger and to stay. So aside from being a wonderful service rep, he was also a good Samaritan aware of a situation that wasn’t normal. KUDOS KUMA!!! THANK YOU WAYNE COOPER!
