Knockout Crossfit and American Top Team Gwinnett

I trained at American Top Team while visiting for a week from out of town and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The facility was clean, well run and the BJJ instructor of my classes, Professor Maajid, was extremely knowledgable and patient and the atmosphere was fun as well.
Definitely train here! Will be back again when I’m in town.

This is the spot if you want to lean technique with elite trainers that push you to the limit. My first visit there was amazing. I was treated and respected like a MMA fighter. My technical skills were improved. Train here if you want to be a elite fighter. They also have a kid’s section. Highly recommended

This review is for ATT Gwinnett, NOT Knockout Crossfit. They are actually two different companies (owned by the same people I think) that share a building. But they’re separate.
This place is awesome. It’s separated into three areas, half of it is covered in mats, the other half is split between the cage and the kickboxing bags. It’s definitely intimidating when you first walk in, but every single person that works there is super friendly and encouraging. The place is actually pretty diverse, from megabuff meathead-​looking dudes to soccer-​mom types to 20-​somethings. It doesn’t matter if you exercise every day or haven’t seen a gym in years — their kickboxing classes will kick your butt. Your arms and legs will feel like jello, but the good kind of jello that looks great in a bikini. The instructors are awesome and make sure you know the moves and have good form, and really push you to keep going when they can tell you’re getting tired. And you leave the place looking like a hot sweaty mess but feeling like a million bucks. This is seriously the best workout ever — I’ve never sweat as much as when I take these classes. I like that every class is totally different so you’ll never get bored because you’re not always doing the same thing.
Also, this place is so clean! Everyone wipes down the bags at the end of class, and there is a huge bottle of hand sanitizer at the front desk. Big plus.

If it wasn’t for Groupon giving me these deals for Kickboxing, I would’ve never known. I paid $ 29 for 10 classes.
All I have to say is I’m quite impress. Seriously. The gym itself is full of awesomeness. Not only is there fitness kickboxing but also crossfit, MMA, & Muy Thai. This place is also a combo of two gyms, including American Top Team —
The head coaches are actually MMA fighters, which is really impressive. Plus they are definitely eye candy.
I have to say I got a great workout. I got my own punching bag. I sweated so much, it ain’t no joke but it was a wonderful feeling.
Because each person gets his/​her own punching bag, I liked the fact that we were given wipes to clean up our area and bag. To me, that just means, they like to keep their gym sanitize.
I love watching the others classes get at what they were doing also.
With my fitness level building up, I hope to be a member soon. This is THE BEST place for kickboxing cardio.
Still giving it a 5 stars cause of quality but I do wish it was closer to me and offer more classes like a 7:30 kickboxing cardio class.

Mixed Martial Arts and Cross Fit all in one place. It has a FULL MMA CAGE inside for people who take the sport serious and want to train with professionals.
This place is great for kids who want to learn self defense as well as discipline.
The cross fit classes are great for everyone.
A must see !!!
