It’s just ok. I’ve only been there maybe three or four times. Was a little leery about going since hearing that some of their restaurants had racists slave images on their tables. But fortunately this one did not. Not a huge fan of crab legs. Went recently for my daughters graduation celebration. Ordered the crab cake dinner. I’ve had better. The fries were good. Asked for sweetened iced tea, got unsweetened. Small conciliation, when they felt the appetizer took too long to get to our table they comped us for it. The girls and the ex hubs enjoyed it. Oh the watermelon sangria is pretty good. Go for the drinks!!! Lol

OK. I’ve come here for the happy hour on a Tuesday… where you can get $ 3 Hurricanes and really low priced apps. Man oh man. That is right up my alley, but I must add a disclaimer, I DONOT find value in a low priced drink that TASTES like it’s low priced. This was not one of those sad times. LOVED the Hurricanes here… they were so tasty, strong, and I still can’t believe we only paid a few of bucks for them! I ordered the calamari and lobster fries. Really tasty. Service was great. I will be back there this week to treat my BFF for her birthday. I will not feel guilty for how little I’m going to spend, she will think I spent a fortune. ;-)

I’ve gone there four times so far, even though I’m not supposed to eat this type of food. The all you can eat crab on Wednesdays is an amazing deal, if you know you’re going with an empty stomach. My roommate and I went there and on average we eat the first serving, which includes 3 half crabs, potatoes, one ear of corn and 6 hush-puppies, and following that we each eat between 8 and 11 refill of half a crab each time. Pigs… That’s right. The most I ate was the garlic flavored, but just for kicks, I tried the spicy one, and let me tell you, I’ve got my kicks. My mouth was burning like hell. The fire flavored are quite good but very salty. As waiters go, we’ve had Sam twice, and he was nice and efficient, Tara was nice but alone on the floor and a bit crazy at times, and our best was Hope. She rocked the refill and we got 21 that day for two people. Pigs, I know. The place is huge and really cool, but the seats are falling apart in certain areas of the restaurant, particularly by the bar. Of course apart from the all you can eat crab, we tried one appetizer, the sampler I think, and it was okay. Very salty food for me and I didn’t enjoy it. As people fill the place and the music plays, the volume is getting louder and louder. If you go for the all you can eat, don’t bring your kids, they’ll never have the patience to wait that long. One of the BIG issues is the location. Finding it and getting in the right ramp is something to get used to, but leaving is worse. After you go around a maze of businesses, you are right in the middle of a ramp, that has a non-stop incoming traffic. You might wanna fly there, to make it easier.

Service was really bad. Getting to the place is hard since the entrance is on the southbound side of Route 1 just before the 95 exit. Getting out was harder. Kids went to play on the playground while we waited for the food and there was a broken board with nails at the bottom of the slide.

I expected the steam pot to have a little more flavor. I ordered the Samuel Adams steam pot. However, they let me substitute the sausage for shrimp. The food was okay and the service was decent.

Don’t eat here… Skimp horribly on the crab… I must have gotten 3 ounces of crab out of my pot… what a bunch of jerks… Yes even skimped on the potatoes. …I know what goes on here. . I dated a waitress who worked red lobster and here… They shortchange every one. …so when friends and family come in… they pile up their plates… They also steal. .The help… The only way to offset this. .is by short changing everyone. … And the crabs that I did get. …we’re inferior quality. …freezer burnt… and crap… NEVERAGAIN. …

Went to joes today around 230pm not too busy. We were seated right away which was a big plus. Our waitress was Vanessa who was awesome! We ordered the calamari as an appetizer all I can say is delicious… We kept it simple and got the old bay seasoned queen crab pots which came out near perfect. I had stopped going to joes about 8 mos. ago because it seemed management changed and it wasn’t as good as it used to be, but I’m glad me and my family went back today. Thank you for a great dining experience. I will be back.

This was one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever had. My friends and I ordered a steampot, and after the very long wait, the steampot came out totally cold – potatoes were hard and cold, the lobster parts were cold, and i’m afraid to say this, but it seemed like it was given to someone else already before being served to us. We told the waiter, who got another waiter who had given it to us, and who then got the manager and they immediately offered another steampot. But this steampot, thought I’m sure was what it was meant to be(hot and cooked through, thank God), I still thought it was not flavorful nor worth the money at all. Unfortunate, really. Because I’ve tried their other dishes previous visits, and they were actually decent. And the aprons with personalized messages are a cute idea.

Seeing many facebook and instagram pictures at Joe’s crab, I always wanted to come check it out, wear that bib, eat some crabs, and take that instagram pic! However, none of my friends, including myself, is a huge fan of crabs, so instead we all ordered shrimps! I wanted to order the«go shrimping,» which has shrimps cooked in several different ways, but I had something like that before at another seafood restaurant. I decided to try something different by ordering an entire order of coconut shrimps! It was very delicious! Crispy with a hint of coconut flavors! Yummy! It’s usually paired with that sweet chili sauce, which never ceases to enhance the flavors and balance the greasy nature of the fried coconut shrimps! At the end of the day, my dish wasn’t anything special or memorable, many restaurants offer the same taste and quality! And price! It was indeed large in portion(I couldn’t finish it) but in compared to the price, the price for that size is about normal. They have happy hour drinks and pretty tasty cocktails!

Had my birthday dinner here. Thoroughly enjoyed my Ragin-Cajun steam pot. Lots of crab legs, shrimp and sausage. It was delicious(and sloppy). Recommend you wear your bib. Service was excellent. The entire table enjoyed their meals.

Despite close to 16 months of trying to take the girlfriend to Burger and Lobster, we’ve had no success. For those unfamiliar with this London chain, it’s a no reservation restaurant chain which only serves 3 things — whole lobster, lobster roll and burger, all costing £20 After flying in from London and an unexpected detour courtesy of the U.S. 1 highway exit ramp being closed from the U.S. 18, we were looking for some dinner although our brains were telling us it was 3am back home Joe’s Crabshack was a 2 minute stroll from the Red Roof Inn we were staying at. It had a vibe reminiscent of Forrest Gump as we walked in with a model of giant shark hanging from the ceiling. They’ve tried to carry through the vibe with beach style cocktails and lotsa seafood on the menu Ah, how I’ve missed American service. Our waitresses were so helpful and friendly throughout We opted for the double lobster broiler steamer pot to share. I thought it would be impossible to beat Burger and Lobster’s £20 for a whole lobster. I was wrong. For $ 44.95, we got 2 whole lobsters, about 10 shrimp, a load of clams, a giant sausage, boiled potatoes and an ear of corn Fun bibs were provided — yes, you will need them. Together with the requisite crustacean crushing tools, it’s a fun and yummy if messy way to enjoy seafood. As the whole pack is cooked together, the shrimp were overlooked but still tasty. The star of the show, lobster was yummy A good start to our trip for sure

I most say the food today was grrrreat! We all enjoyed our food the Lobster Red snapper was sooo perfect I order another plate for home. The waitress was ok. The Garlicky Mussels was very delicious too. I came here because I saw another Unilocalers lobster red snapper picture from the Joe’s in City line avenue and I just had to try it. I’m glad I did.

Super overpriced and the plates are underwhelming. Crab is expensive, yes, but the quality is so not worth the price. You can go to a coastal restaurant with local crab and get the same dish that is much more delicious and much bigger. Won’t go back.

This is the only place I have ever been to where the bartender comes to warn you that happy hour is almost over and I should order another round. So yea, this is my new favorite happy hour spot! They have excellent deals on food, with ½ appetizers of great seafood like a bucket of shrimp $ 4, crab nachos $ 5 or deliciously crispy calamari $ 5…try not to over-order from excitement. Tuesday is also«Two“sday with $ 2 food specials! And join their birthday club online for a free appetizer on your birthday and coupons. The drink specials are simple and straight to the point. $ 3 Margaritas and $ 3 Five Category Hurricanes… and in case you have had a Hurricane before… this is not just any Hurricane, this is Hurricane Sandy with shots of 151 in it. Have one, maybe two if you have a designated driver or broken heart. It’s pretty pretty empty here, I assume because everyone probably misses the small entrance that looks like it’s leading to the hotel next door AND then you literally end up on 95 south. So don’t miss the exit or this awesome happy hour, the service here has always been extremely friendly too!

If your looking for fun, noise, good food and good drinks. This place is for you. This location entertains you with a step routine to some cool music.Cute. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We ordered classic combo appetizer with crab and Spanish do. Great balls of fire and calamri. I had the Caribbean Feast and it was very good. Shrimp was cooked perfectly. Wife enjoy the queen crab bucket and enjoyed it all. But she missed out. It did not come with the sausage she enjoyed last visit last year. Over all it was a very good experience. They added more desserts but we were to full to try it this visit. Great job Joe’s
