They are crooks and will attempt a bait and switch, very dishonest and just not good people. Do not go here, go anywhere else! Be warned, they will screw you, nickel and dime you, say they called when they do not, not give you correct timelines and not take any ownership. The worst I’ve ever experienced when getting a car serviced. A oil change and belt service went from $ 500 to $ 1000. A friend of mine also had their engine catch on fire upon minutes leaving this place. Their location is convenient, it’s worth the drive to go elsewhere. Consider yourself warned. If they they don’t destroy your car, they’ll rob you. Worst. Place. Ever.

The service if fairly quick and fairly friendly. But that is about where the good experience stops. I understand that these places make money from doing repairs. However, this place is the classic sleaze ball place that will make up things that «really need to be done». Every time I go they claim my brakes, both front and rear, are worn over 90%. I am fully convinced if you purchased a brand new vehicle in the Mall of Ga area and drove straight over here and were able to cover up the mileage, they would find 15 things that need to be «fixed» on your car and would certainly claim the brakes were down to their last 10% of life. I only keep coming back because I purchased tires here and as part of that package, they rotate the tires for no additional charge (Note I did not say free because it is already priced in with your tires at time of purchase). I am good at saying no to mechanics. If that is a weakness of yours, unless you are independently wealthy and loose with your money, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The guys over at Goodyear on Russel Road do an excellent job. They are a full service shop, not just tires and oil changes. Friendly management and very helpful with all their customers.
This location is easy to miss, since most people don’t see it from Buford Drive. Great location to establish as your regular service provider if you live or work in the Lawrenceville/​Buford area.
