I’m not a big fan of stores like this but my wife loves them so I tag along. Goodwill stores seem to vary a whole lot from location to location. Some are nice and clean while I feel like I get cooties just walking into other ones.
This one was somewhere in the middle. Messy to be sure but not really dirty or exceptionally cruddy. They do have a whole heap of stuff scattered around the store and like most stores of this type it takes a bit of digging to find what you are looking for. In fact you can never be sure if you will find something in particular at all because the inventory is always changing.
Not a bad Goodwill if you don’t mind digging around and occasionally stepping over some berserk kid that’s running wild. You just might find a really good bargain or perhaps something you didn’t even know you wanted.

I agree with a previous review. This Goodwill gave me the creeps! One of the employees literally stared at my chest openly. I hated it in there!

I am reviewing this Goodwill based on my review of the children’s section/​selection. I have made about 5 visits to this location and every visit I’ve made it’s apparent they do not have a very big inventory of children’s clothing/​shoes. For the large size of the store, it’s surprising. Off the top of my head I’d guess that only about 5% of their inventory is comprised of children’s clothing.
I’ve learned if I am going to look for a certain item, say boy’s jeans size 12, to choose a different store. Last year we relocated from South Texas and when the first cold snap came through I realized we owned no sweaters for the kids. I made a visit to this Goodwill thinking that I could purchase several sweaters just to have for basics in the closet. My finding was that they did not have any sweaters for children at all on that day.
The store is relatively clean and orderly for a thrift store.

I love this Goodwill except for one thing:
There is one particular staff member who kinda gives me the heebie-​jeebies. Every single time I go, this guy follows me around the store and gives me crazy eyes. I guess maybe he thinks I’m shoplifting? I don’t BTW. He does the same thing to my hubby. I go out of my way to make sure he isn’t nearby if I decide to try something on in front of the mirrors near the fitting rooms (like a coat) because he likes to watch me (I can see him in the mirror). Creeper!!!

I was in the area and decided to stop by. There wasn’t many things that stood out to me but I did find some little play chairs for my daughter that I’ve been looking around for!

Not my favorite Goodwill around Atlanta, but it is what it is. If you really, and I do mean really, dig and spend some time, you’ll find a treasure.
