My bf order $ 80+ flower for my mom mother’s day, but the flower turned out into something i, myself wouldn’t want to receive. The fact the the flower petal look browns and some even wilt. Not just that, they deliver it on the wrong day! I understand that it was mother day, and you guy are busy. BUT MY BF ORDER A WEEK BEFORE!!! And asked you guy to deliver on SATURDAY, the say before mother’s day! NOT MONDAY! When mothers day is OVER. When he called on Saturday, you guy said «we put it in the wrong deliver day, which is Sunday (mothers day). He was upset but since it will get there on mother it was ok. We waited all day Sunday, and the flower did not get here at all till MONDAY. Worst experience with flower shop EVER!

Only two reviews so far and they’re both negative? Yikes! I’ve used this location since 2009 and they have NEVER let me down; not even once. I had no idea their Unilocal rating was so ridiculous. I really can not have been merely lucky the ten or fifteen times I’ve used this store. Come on guys, review this place! I’ve done in-​store, deliveries, AND online, and not once have I ever been let down by this amazing, friendly staff who care so much.

They forgot part of my order for my anniversary. When I called to have them delivered I was told NO. They said they were sorry and they would deliver the NEXT day. I wanted them ON my anniversary NOT the next day. Worst service EVER!!!
