Needed about ¼ inch cut off a piece of clear glass that had a painting on it my mother had done. I was really worried that it might break. She had recently died and it was very precious to me. When they took it, they put a nice note on it to be very careful that this was a special piece of glass. It came out perfect. I cried when I picked it up. Embarrassing, but I was grateful.
