Had someone come by. Told her (Barclay) exactly what I was looking for. She said, «I have to play devil’s advocate» and proceeded to tell me what she thought I wanted. I told her why it wouldn’t work. She tried using her computer to give me an image and had a hard time figuring out how to use it. It was abysmal. When she gave me her final plan, it was the way she wanted it, not the way I wanted it. From start to finish, it was unpleasant. Needless to say, I went elsewhere, where the plans were received exactly how I wanted, they timing was much better, and the cost less expensive.

Hubby and I stopped in when I decided I needed our closet to be better organized. We were greeted immediately and told to look around. They have many closet displays for every room in the house. They did not have any designers on hand at the time we were there, but were given an book and told to call for an appointment with a designer. Not sure if we will be purchasing from here, but will probably get an estimate.
