Burger King

Scoff people, scoff. I went to Burger king for breakfast, and gasp, enjoyed myself!
This review is specifically geared towards the French Toast sticks, that I didn’t know existed until today, but glad I found out about them.
I’ve actually never gone in for breakfast at BK, so I had no idea what to expect, but when I saw the French toast sticks, I knew what I was getting. The french toast sticks come in a pack of 3 ($ 1) or a pack of 5 ($ 2.39), so yea, just buy two of the 3 packs and save a few coins like I did.
The sticks are decently sized, crispy, light on the inside and have a light cinnamon flavor cooked in. You can (and probably should) eat them without the syrup tub that comes with it, but I don’t judge syrup dippers, so go for it!
Customer service is pretty slow inside, at least before 8 am, but then again, I was the only customer inside. Slow that they were, they were very nice, and got my order correct the first time.
I was going to say «for $ 1, these are some delicious things», but screw that, these are delicious things, regardless of the price. If you’re around a BK during breakfast time and you’re out of ideas, stop on in and at least give the French toast sticks a try!

This review is coming from someone who has been attending this Burger King for over two years.
When I first started coming to this location, I used it only as a «hang out» with my friends. We rarely ordered anything, and instead just sat around talking. The staff never had a problem with this unless we were affecting other customers’ experiences.
Now, if a restaurant is able to manage 5 – 10 high school students hanging out inside every day for 1 – 2 hours, the restaurant has to be pretty good. The appearance of this Burger King isn’t spectacular. In fact, it’s pretty bad. It’s old. But within the past few months, management has stepped their game up.
The restaurant is cleaner, the staff are nicer, and the overall environment of BK is 10x better than it was two years ago. I applaud the staff at this location for stepping up their game so that they consistently receive a high A health code rating, while still paying so much attention to the thoughts of the customers.

Horrible location!
The drive thru is the worst. I have sat at the drive thru in more than two occasions where it would not move for 15 minutes, and the parking lot is empty and only three cars in line!
They seriously need to revamp this location to make it more efficient!

Major efforts by management — and the addition of new, capable, assistant managers are making much needed improvements to service.
There is still the burnt croissant issue. They are opening on time now. It seems to be getting more business, possibly because of the recent changes. I have hope that another update in another month could bring another star.
I’m happy to see some problems go away.

Food was fresh and hot, because ou had to wait 10 minutes for it to cook. The drive thru worker had a very thick accent and was in a very big hurry. I felt very ruched during the order, then had to wait for some if the order to be cooked. Probably won’t né back, there’s a mcdonalds down the block.
