Only giving 1 star because it’s required. I brought my son here and I should have taken him back to Austell Dental. I was avoiding the long drive but that’s where we’re going next time. First thing is, this is the third appointment I’ve had to make to have cavities taken care of for my son. The office frequently calls to cancel and reschedule appointments. Next, they waited until we came to a follow up appointment to talk about what may or may not be covered and that they need to get pre authorization. Shouldn’t that have been done on the last appointment??? Next, the rooms are super small and they want you to wait in the lobby area. Well I’m sorry you chose to service children in rooms with only enough space for your chair, but I’m not leaving my child with a dentist or physician by himself. I made it clear to her if she insisted that I leave, we would get the work done elsewhere. She then proceeded to give me a song and dance about how there has to be trust… LOLOLOLMMFAOOO… Lady apparently you don’t watch the news. My trust for any healthcare provider extends to me allowing you to care for me or one of my family members. You will NEVER be left with one of my under 18 year old children; I don’t care if you’re a podiatrist! She didn’t seem too happy about my response and having to have one of her 4 employees to bring me a chair. She also told me in so many words that she can’t turn children away because of the insurances that she accepts. So basically the rooms aren’t big enough to accommodate parents because she’d rather not service children. [Don’t you just love America and the mighty dollar rules everything stuff??!] TUFF! I’m not gonna sit in the waiting room while you cover you’re «OOPS» moments and have inappropriate conversations over my sons head. If you’re kinda easy going and lackadaisical, you may do ok here. I take medical appointments for my children very serious. She’s at 2 offices, the other one is Hope Dental on Wetherburn in Norcross.
