Beautiful building. I asked locals what was great/go-to meal. All responses was it is all bad. We had what the lady was eating next to us to play it safe. Food bad. Neat place. Colors are more for seafood, and bad parking lot… Needs signage to be noticed. great potential.

Great atmosphere! A lot of effort was made there and it shows. The service(from the bar) was very good. Had three people check on me routinely for refills, etc. Rachel, Katie, & Wendy were all awesome. Ordered the stuffed mushrooms and a sirloin. Even on a busy weekend night, the food was out quickly, order was correct, and the food tasted great. Prices were reasonable. The only recommendation(which I’m sure the owners are aware of) is that the parking lot needs some work. Yes, gravel lots fit the motiff, but the potholes are a pain. I’m sure once they’ve been established for a bit, this will be a priority. And it shouldn’t be anything to dissuade someone from dining there.

We are always leary about trying a new place, but we are so happy we did! My husband and my two kids loved this place! Our server was great, the food was very good and the atmoshere was really nice. I had the shrimp and chicken alfredo. It was delicious and the portion was very nice, more than I should have eaten! The meal came with a tasty crusty bread and nice sized side salad. I was very, very full. Ths kid’s meals were very nice portions as well, they almost could have split one between them(they are 5 and 7). My husband had their blackened chicken, which was tender and juicy. He too was full after his meal. The bread that was served before the meal was delicious! The kids had Huckleberry lemonade, which they loved. We will definitely be going back and are so happy to have a restaurant like this in Lawrenceburg! There aren’t many nice restaurants in Lawrenceburg where you can get a healthy meal, great service and a nice atmoshere! We highly recommend this place!

In this area, there are a lot of really fat people who judge restaurants by quantity & not quality. Those people won’t like Huckleberry’s. If you want food that’s fresh & yummy, with great service, this is the go-to place in Lawrenceburg. The chicken & waffles is my favorite so far & hubs loves the Huckleberry cobbler.

I ordered blackened grouper when I went to this restaurant. The fish was good, but it was very pricey and I got a very small piece. There are other places in town where I can get a larger portion of food for a better price.

I REALLY wanted to like this place. It’s so cute inside and the menu has promise. BUT The prices are high for the portion size and quality. And the service is way sub-par. We couldn’t tell if it was the front of house or back of house that was the problem. We’ve been twice. The first time was OK. We hoped with a little time it would improve. Sadly, it was a much worse experience the second time. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed and spent more time apologizing for his shortcomings than working to rectify them. My husband was never served the salad that was supposed to come with the meal. Our drink glasses were left empty for extended periods while he promised to come back with more. He offered bread then took forever to deliver it. It was just odd. Stop apologizing and do your job! If it was the back of the house/management(the tea wasn’t made, or the butter cups not prepared — who didn’t do their side work?), I’m not sure that’s any better. Anyhow, for the price(which is about 50% more than any other area restaurant) we will not make the drive from Pulaski.

This place has only been open for about a month and there are lots of opportunities for improvement. Food wasn’t half bad. Place is too loud to talk to people across the table or even next to you. Happened to be there on 9⁄11 and crowd was disrespectful to musicians. When asked for a Simple Moment of Silence very few cooperated. So sad. Servers seemed to need training and a full house had them way overwhelmed. Probably need two times as many people working when it is that busy. Owner and wife seemed to be standing around with empty hands a lot of the time like they had no idea what to do which does not bode well for the future of the place. Advice: Train waitstaff, give the waitstaff what they need, tone it down so waitstaff can hear what people want and give them what they want right away. It took way too long, about 2 hours, for meal. Disappointing Oh yes, Questions below reminded me… parking lot was a very muddy mess!

First time was great but the second time around was bad. I was served a raw hamburger. When I say raw, I mean soggy, cold, and the taste and smell of raw meat. I almost threw up. You can’t rush food out of the kitchen just because you have a packed house. Either get more cooks or reduce the amount of people you take.
