Slow, if it’s working at all, and I’m *next* to the magical WIFi box so should not have issue getting a connection. Expensive. Not secure. Customer service not regularly available, they return your call… within 24 hours… And emails are either completely ignored or ask you to call, where you then play phone tag. I want to support their cause, but I’ve given them a try a couple times when they first started as Freenet 5+ years ago, and now more recently and they *still* have not improved.

I paid for their temporary service while I was waiting for AT&T to install. This is the worst I’ve seen since Comcast. Seriously, freaking COMCAST. It is PAINFULLY slow. I remember dialup. It’s like that. Seriously. It’s not even reliable. The connection is down at least 20% of the time.
