I’ve had my tires stolen twice, my apartment building has people that are too lazy to go outside to smoke so they smoke in the hallway(this goes for both cigarettes and weed), had someone attempt to force entry to my apartment(mind you the residents frequently prop the«locked» outside door open or break the lock), and those are just the most recent. The managements response was to issue memos. That’s it. When confronted about it, management simply told me «sorry, crime happens» instead of being proactive and installing security cameras in the parking lot. Oh right, they installed security cameras around their maintenance shed and sent a memo saying that it wasn’t for our safety and we shouldn’t be lulled into a false sense of security. Don’t be fooled by the«cheap» rent which goes up after a year. Don’t move here. Move on and spare yourself. Don’t forget the constantly broken laundry and the large dogs that are supposedly against their policy(don’t get me wrong, I like them, but your policy specifies no pit bulls and I know of at least 3 people in my building alone! Oh and to be manager who I’m sure will read the bad review — NO I will not contact you to resolve this. I’ve already done that and I got nothing. Maybe taking steps to put your residents and their SAFETY first(like installing security cameras in the parking lot) would be helpful.
