Pella Window & Door Showroom of Lawrence

I would not even give Pella a single star, but you cannot write a review with no stars. Never, in owning three houses have I encountered a poorer product or worse service than with Pella windows. We now own a newly constructed home which when completed was missing two screens and one window’s weather stripping fell off immediately. The builder tried to work with Pella to get the repairs made. Three months later, I am still trying to get someone out. I am told that «it takes time to get parts shipped from the factory» — Three months!!! We are talking about simple push in crapy weather stripping that could be purchased at a hardware store. The screens finally arrived, but Pella won’t bring them out until the weather stripping arrives. So far these windows have also proven to be of the poorest quality and design. I will never use Pella again and know that my builder is also cutting ties. Stay away from this company and all its products. Both John and Joe through the Lawrence office have promised calls which never come. The awful customer service and their high and mighty attitude will hopefully run this business out of town.
