I can barely get the guy to call back and then when he said he would be there he didn’t show up. The office hours are on the window but no one is ever there. I can’t believe its this hard to get someone to take my money.

I have tried to cancel my unit with this company for 4 months now and they do not return my phone calls, and they keep charging me. It is ridiculous!!! Do not use this company!
