Nino’s Trattoria & Pizzeria

Purchased a Unilocal voucher for $ 10 for $ 20 worth of food. I purposely read the terms of the deal before purchasing, it did not state anywhere that takeout was excluded. I went to pick up my order and presented the voucher, and the employee said it is for dine in only. I explained that it does not state that and he said it says «limit one per table». He was not understanding to the fact that it does not state takeout is excluded and «limit one per table» is not clear enough to exclude it. Overall, the terms of the deal were not clear. The food was very good, but the terms were not clear and Unilocal does not have customer service.

Horrible!!! Do not purchase the Unilocal deal because apparently this establishment doesn’t honor the coupon. Will NEVER order from here again!!!

Great pizza! Super greasy, but hey; yolo, right? Its your typical pizza joint with a side ‘restaurant’. Service was standard but I was super impressed at the cleanliness both in the restaurant side and in the bathroom. Can’t say much about their food because we only ordered a pie, but we will definitely order again or do take out from Nino’s in the future.

I have eaten and ordered out here for years and when i needed them they screwed up my order. We ordered a pizza for the ER with onions peppers and muschroom they brought peporini green peppers and muschrooms and i am a vegetarian and of course by the time we caled they closed

They took over an hour and a half to deliver my food on a Sunday night. I called after about an hour and fifteen minutes, and the man answering the phone told me angerly «your food is on it’s way» and hung up immediately after saying that. The food was mediocre when it arrived and my soup was lukewarm. I won’t be ordering from them again — poor service, rude workers, and subpar food.

Ordered a rancher pizza (chicken/​bacon no sauce) and cheese fry for pickup. The pizza was okay, base was crunchy and mushy which was good. The combination of topping was just okay, just edible. The cheese fry was the biggest load of crap I have ever had in the name of cheese fry. Definitely, I am not coming back.

This is my go to restaurant for Italian food in the Trenton/​Princeton area. Amazing pizza, great eggplant, delicious garlic bread. Chicken parm is awesome. Haven’t had anything I didn’t totally enjoy here.

The food was decent; service was mediocre.

Pretty good pizza, but their buffalo chicken cheesesteaks are truly amazing! Me and my friends used to come here for lunch back in high school, and we were addicted. If you’re a local, you probably know why haha

Waited FOREVER… Over 2 ½ hours for 2 pizzas and the place is only 20 minutes from where I live. Contacted the manager and was offered no compensation at all even when requested. I was just told «If the pizza is cold when you get it then I will refund you». Horrible experience.

I really enjoyed the pizza. Not only was the pizza good Italian pizza pie but, Pam the server was very attentive tomy friends and I. I was impressed to find out that they had a breast cancer awareness month event the prior day.
So you get good pizza pie, great service and commitment to a wonderful cause; gotta go back soon.

ordered the large coke and was not dissapointed.

I went here because I had pizza at a friend house (lots or beer pong and drinks) and I thought the pizza was ok, went to this place Afew days later (sober) and got a pie. The sauce is pretty good but way too much cheese for me… I’ll try this place again and update my review. .V.

Margherita= yum!

Bummed. I’ve ordered from them three times and each time has been yuck. The cheese they use on their pizza is cheap, grainy (I think their supplier puts flour in it to bulk it up), and too oily, and you can tell they use low quality ingredients in their recipes. I would like to note however that their pizza crust is pretty great.
I ordered pasta arrabiata once, which tasted like they threw banana pepper juice into it, or maybe just vinegar, but it was so incredibly pungent. There were also a ton of banana peppers in it, and uncooked onions which made it pretty inedible.
I ordered balsamic vinaigrette for my side salad but it was just brown Caesar dressing. There was a ton of parmesan cheese in it and it was gross. Also, more banana peppers on the salad.
The tiramisu (which is 4.99) was nothing but a sliver and the tiramisu cream tasted like a greasy cross between cheesecake and pudding or custard of some sort. It was not light or airy like a tiramisu should be and the serving size was almost insultingly small.
Service is fine, the delivery come when they say it will and the staff is pleasant. I gave them three chances, but I will definitely NOT be ordering from here again.

I got a burned pizza, never go back again.

After sending our food cold and the order prepared completely wrong, the manager had the audacity to tell us that he prepared our food correctly and «it just must have been how we ordered it.» I don’t think half mushroom/​olive, the other half ex ch is a hard concept to grasp. He took absolutely no fault.
In all reality he should have been apologizing for his horrible personality and even worse, their low quality food!!!

The only good thing about Nino’s is their pizza. Their pasta dishes range from passable to disgusting. They do get the orders up quick, so they do in a pinch.
