Great store — bad management. The owner of the store decided my value as a cutomer was worth $ 3, I had rented three DVDs, one played fine but the other two had issues. I took them back and the owner assured me that it was my disc player that had the problem — not his movies. He then said that I could have only one free rental for the TWO movies I had paid for. I told him that he owed me $ 3 but he wouldn’t budge. So I tore up his «free rental» and tossed it on the counter and said «This is what I think of your customer service.» He swore at me using the F word in front of another customer, a woman who had two young girls with her. I was shocked! But hey, he can run his store the way he wants to. Recently he has cut back on hours so I know his business is hurting. And it will continue to decline with customer service that seeks to rip people off. I know he can say goodbye to my $ 80 a year. And I will make sure all my friends know of his crazy policy — if the DVD is damaged it’s your problem. What a dick.

Hands down the best place to rent videos in town!
Reasons why I love it:
1. 5-​day rentals are only a dollar! $ 1 !
2. They buy new copies of The Wire when the dvds start skipping…
3. They always have a weird movie playing on their big screen TV
4. They sell snacks
5. There is a large erotica section behind some saloon-​style doors.
Bring some mail with your address on it & a form of ID and you’re good to go!
When I want to watch a bunch of discs in a row (e.g. for a tv series or movie marathon – snowed in? recovering from surgery?) I always come here. Much more cost efficient and timely than renting via online services.
Don’t be afraid of its location! Best place in town!
