I’ve been a customer of Madrag’s Lawrence location since the day they opened. I was really excited, because they had a decent plus-​size section and their prices were cheap.
Sadly, I have to give them only 2 stars now, because of these issues:
1) Almost non-​existent plus-​size area — When they first opened, they had a good selection of clothes to go through. Now? Just a bunch of overpriced t-​shirts, wide legged jeans, and maxi-​dresses — No thanks!
2) Rude Staff — As someone who worked in retail, I understand feeling frustrated when people come in minutes to closing time. But, I would never, EVER in a customers face make a rude remark about it. Also, yelling at customers about closing time and to get in line is inappropriate and not how you treat customers.
Madrag, I gave you my business these past few years, but it’s time I went somewhere else.
