Incomparably, Hurst Diamonds is the greatest jeweler there ever will be. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Hurst because of the exceptional customer service and attention to detail we were given. The first time we went in we were shopping around to see our options. Mike started helping us custom create a ring. We thought about it for a week and then my fiancé had a better idea. We went back in and spent even more time creating what would become the most beautiful ring we have ever seen. Mike is the most patient and detail orientated gentleman. He doesn’t force you into a diamond or gem you don’t want. He showed us option after option until it was exactly what we wanted based on our dream, our design and our price range. From there, my fiancé was called back in once the artist rendering of the ring was completed so he could sign off saying it was perfect. It took a couple drafts because my fiancé had a specific image in his head. Needless to stay, Hurst Diamonds got it beyond perfect. It truly ended up more beautiful than we could have ever dreamed or imagined. All of that was important to us, as it is a ring I’ll wear forever and it is one we are extremely proud to show off to everyone.
Hurst Diamonds will forever be our preferred jeweler and honestly the only place we will ever go. Mike is just the greatest and his entire staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Becky was so kind as well and they all kept in great communication with my fiancé while the ring was being made.
