Heav’nly Donuts

This donut shop has gone to shit since after it was sold. The primary people (male and female) that work there do not know hot to sell a quality product. Since the transfer of ownership (assumption), I have gone there and received a breakfast sandwich that had not cheese and was falling apart. On another day, I attempted to get a iced coffee and got a cup primarily filled with creamer, which I had to throw away. Today I simply asked for a bagel… How can someone screw that up? Maybe it was too early for them? I walked in asked for a bagel, the lady took her gloves off and went to the back to see if they had a bagel and she returned a minute later with the bagel in her hand (without gloves). Horrible service and hygiene. I was hungry so it paid over $ 2.00 bucks for THE STALEST bagel EVER! I had to naw it with my teeth like some hard doggie chew-​toy. Horrible! This place needs to get their act together. I will never go there again. They suck. The one Merrimack Street in Methuen might not have the owners if so, take the drive and go there!

Great place to stop in for an afternoon coffee. Staff was very friendly and easy to chat with. Stop in for a doughnut or great coffee! Great place! The behind the counter were great to talk to!

My everyday coffee place!
I was thrilled to find this local alternative to Dunkin DOnuts in downtown Lawrence, MA. They have great staff, who have now learned my order and are very nice and kind, and attentive. They have great bagels, and COFFEE, and croissants. Quick service, good breakfast and lunch selections — what’s there not to like!

I lived above this location for 2 years, so it’s nice to go back and visit. I like their coffee and recently bought their clear glitter refillable cup. Nice. They have all kinds of breakfast and lunch items now. This is the coffee shop I stop at over other when I’m in the area.

Hands down the best place on the block. It actually sticks out cause its the only place I’d go into on the street. The employees were very nice and the food was great. I highly recommend it.
