Horrible customer service totally understocked
Workers are disgusting and food looks like it was abused owner should cover hair will report to health department

Dirty, smells, parking lot is a horror.
Staff acts like they’re doing YOU a favor!
Placed my order and walked away — no way I’d touch anything they handled

This place deserves no stars, the old hispanic guy that works the night shift is extremely rude. i will not be returning and i advise everyone to go Starbucks across the street. He told me and my friend to move because other people wanted our seats and there were clearly no more seats available. I believe it was because we are african american and the people wanted our seats are hispanic. I was appalled I was NOT even done with my coffee and donut. I asked for the number to management and he gave me the store number and when i called i watched him answer the phone curse me out and barbarically hang up on me. This place is also extremely filthy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Bad service. Coffee is always watered down, food is terrible. The only good thing here are the donuts

The place itself is fine and the people are very nice, this is more of a review of the donuts themselves. I tried the Pumkin donut– gross. Tasted like ginger or something. I also tried the Pumpkin Cheesecake– disgusting. Did not taste like Pumkin cheesecake. These seasonal donuts are nasty and all others are just ok. I had a glazed stick which was ok but again, this speaks for all DD– I just happen to go to this location.

After what happened to my party here last night 3÷8÷15 this place finally earns a nasty Unilocal review from me.
I night fish in JBay. Been coming here with for a few years now to get snacks for the boat crew. It’s always the same nasty older Hispanic man on the register who has a despicable disposition. I’ve ignored him in years past, however last night was just over the top.
After becoming agitated and enraged because one of my guys hesitated on the amount of donuts he wanted this guy just went off on us. He threw the food, he threw our change, and started to curse us in front of children. He was going to throw the hot coffee too but a younger clerk stopped him. WTF!
I wanted to call the cops to file assault charges but since cops kill everything I didn’t.
Bottom line MR OWNER THIS GUY IS GOING TO GET YOU SUED!!! That is if you care. Pay attention to how nearly everyone else has rated your staff.

Ok. So this time is much better its 2:40pm and only one table dirty. It means they read the reviews and it’s good.
Now they need to work on their prices $ 2.60 just for a large green tea… come on!

I have no idea why I keep going back to this location in hopes that their food gets better. Today I went to get a coconut coffee and a bagel with flavored cream cheese. They don’t sell flavored cream cheese. I guess that’s not Kosher. It’s such a shame there are kosher Dunkin Donuts as I’m used to my BACON egg and cheese sandwiches. Anyway so I was forced to order a bagel and plain cream cheese.
I get my food and the coffee has no coconut flavor yuck. And the cream cheese tastes like they mixed half a stick of butter in the cream cheese. Again… yuck… That was the last straw and I’ll wait to go to a non kosher Dunkin Donuts. Wish I can get my $ 5.00 back…

My 13 year old daughter wanted to spend her money to buy herself a Donut, imagine how traumatized she was after eating half the donut to discover there was a COCKROACH in it!!!
Needless to say we will not be going back.

BE WARNED: NOT SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY!
When on the road I always go through Dunkin Donuts to get some tea — they do make great tea!
Since I was picking up my son from his home early Saturday morning and there is a DD up the block I decided to go for my fix.
My son and I walked in with my Service Dog. The Spanish woman behind the counter loudly exclaimed: we don’t serve people with dogs. I explained my dog is a working dog and she said «Doesn’t matter.» When I further asked, «Do you know what a Service Dog is?» she said «Whatever hurry up and order.» I was stunned and would have argued to meet the manager but we were on a time restriction and we had enough time to (still!) give them business and go.
I think the Manager of this establishment should educate himself about Service Dogs and pass the information to his staff. I can’t express enough that not all service dogs have a person with a walking came attached to them! He should also teach them a little bit about Customer Service. It is lacking. This woman was hostile beyond words and didn’t care that I overheard her telling the following customers about her ‘ordeal’.
Will I ever return to this particular DD? Right now, I think not if only because this woman and the staff at hand made no attempt to correct the situation.

This morning my bf and I bought 3 coffees and 6 donuts. We got our donuts right away but stood there like dummies for 10 minutes. My bf asked the cashier where our coffees are and he ignored us while he called the next customer. It’s like an assembly line here. They take the orders and collect the money and then make you wait for your coffee like your life depended on it.
This is my local store; I’ve been coming here for years to be treated like a dog. 3 times we asked for our coffees and the girl behind the counter snatches the receipt and makes it in record time. My bf says loudly «We’ll have a nice day» and she, with all her attitude says «I’m sure you will.» Rude and disgusting attitudes these people have!
Never again will I ever shop in this store again. I would rather sit in traffic to go to another store than buy anything from Lawrence DD. How could people treat customers this way? The owners don’t care either way because some of these people have been here for years with their nasty attitudes.

This DD location has the best donuts out of any location. They are fresh and yummy!
Anytime I am going to Long Island I go out of my way to go to this location and bring home a dozen donuts, seriously! And what’s terrible is that there is a DD on the corner of my block, here in Manhattan (but it is terrible!!).
However, although this location has the best donuts ever… the staff is really something to be desired. They are just rude, hate their lives, etc. Look you’re dealing with sugary goodness, fried dough… in a place that smells like sugar and french vanilla coffee… how could you be so grumpy and irate. You guys need a reality check… smile, be nice to your customers because some of us come from a long way just to go to this location and honestly without your customers you would have no job to hate.

Ok fellow Unilocal this DD gets a star because it is kosher .wait maybe it can get 2 Stars but I am just so tired of their unfriendly staff. I come to this DD lots of times because it is kosher, and believe me kosher crullers taste heaps better BUT the ladies that work here are+ so nasty I shake my head almost every time I visit. SO here is the low down on this place the donuts are yummy but the staff crummy ps it is open 24 hours ok so maybe they deserve another star but on second thought NAH, last time we ordered they forgot our hash browns then argued with us as if it was our fault and were more concerned with the $ 1.41 then anything else * update ⁶⁄₁₄ just as miserable experience as many a time before but tonight stands out poor guy being served before us server screams at him how many answered to slow about his donut choice so she screams again «how many» (guy is there with one lady) he says 4 and server says well you know it’s cheaper if you get 12… oh really? Anyway he gets 12 they hand him iced lattes and he says we ordered hot. Server argues with him and says no you didn’t …really you are arguing with your customer? We heard him order his lattes poor man

Dry cookies and watery iced coffee… my girl liked her hot chocolate… won’t be back probably, seeing as how I don’t live in the area.
