China Sails

I don’t even want to give this restaurant a single star. I ordered delivery from them many many times and haven’t had a worse experience at any place than I did today. We often get delivery. Tonight when we got our order, we realized that they did not give us extra duck sauce and my bf’s pork fried rice looked exactly like my veggie fried rice. We called back and after much confusion and speaking to 2 people, they understood and sent someone out to bring us the duck sauce and pork fried rice. When the delivery driver arrived, he asked to see the rice that we had received and went on to dig his fingers through and located a couple small pieces of pork. My boyfriend apologized and told him it looked exactly like my veggie fried rice and that he had dug through it a bit and didn’t see any pork. The delivery driver asked for fifty cents for the extra duck sauce and my bf handed him a dollar. My bf apologized again and shut the door. A few seconds later he knocked on the door again and asked that my bf pay for at least half of it and that the restaurant would have made the delivery driver pay for it. My bf said that he would not but would return the rice if that would help. The delivery driver continued to argue and get him to pay for it. My bf apologized but again stated that he would not pay for it. The driver took back the newer rice and returned the rice he had dug his fingers through to my bf. Never would I ever order from there again. I am absolutely baffled by the way that driver spoke with my bf and would not recommend this place to anyone.

My first order was a delivery to my job food was great, the next two order I actually went to the restaurant and the food horrible. The only good thing I can say the place looks clean.

So disappointed this food was terrible… I’d like to know where these pics of this foods coming from cause my dinner plate looked nothing like that … my food looked and tasted like a bad frozen dinner from the supermarket

I’ve eaten at China Sails three times now. The food ranged from just passable — like the fried chicken wings (hard to mess that up) to poor. On the poor side were dishes that were very oily and had poor flavor like the Lobster Sauce. Not planing on trying again given what I’ve had there to date.

I called and placed an order for delivery one day, I notified the attendant about a food allergy in the party, if they totally ignored it and sent the food out with the mixed product that the person was allergic to. I called to complain and ask for a new order, they made a scene and asked for the food back, they ended up bringing me a new order but took my old food back with which I found strange. Now when I call and order food to be delivered when they see my address they automatically tell me straight up that they will not deliver to me anymore even though it was their fault to begin with. Great business these people are doing!

They totally ignored a food allergy order and because I complained they will not deliver to my house anymore. How could this be?

Phenominal food and service. Very clean and the prices are absurdly cheap. Worth going to.

First time eating from this take out place, had my order delivered to me during blizzard, the guy told me it was going take 30 minutes and the delivery arrived in 25 minutes.
Food was really good. Good price for the amount. Food was really fresh. Definitely recommend it.:-) Bön appetit.

Great spot for takeout and casual dine in with takeout containers. Clean open kitchen with fresh cooked to order food. The fried rice is not your traditional dark fried rice and a bit on the yellow side similar to NY/​NJ Chinese restaurants.
I have been here twice and have been impressed with freshness, quality, value and friendliness of the employees. Also, the place is immaculate and very clean.

Their pork fried rice is tasteless. The lunch portions are tiny. Their dinner sizes are much better. The house lomein I got was so oily, I could have done an oil change on my car. Prices are to bad, but. Not great. Never seems busy.
