Very professional, skilled, and thorough therapist — Sabrina does a comfortable and extensive pre-​massage consultation to discuss prior injuries/​trauma/​stressors and integrates that into her bodywork — this is not a «one size fits all» rubdown but a thoughtful and conscientious hour of attentive massage therapy (I would highly, highly recommend an hour and not a half hour) which left me feeling like I’d been through a magical car wash that cleaned away all the minor aches, pains, tensions and anxieties that we all live with on a daily basis. I even felt like my vision was better — everything seemed more focused and colors looked cleaner and crisper. The late lunch I had afterward tasted amazing. I think we underestimate how much brain bandwidth that coping with trapped tension uses up, because I didn’t walk out feeling sleepy or muddled and like taking a nap (which I’ve experienced in massage therapy from other practitioners), but like I just had a perfect night’s sleep — rejuvenated, relaxed, refreshed, and healthier than I was yesterday. Definitely one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever seen: professional and technically proficient but not detached and clinical — warm and comfortable room with very high quality linens, and Sabrina uses cushions for parts of the massage to keep the body softly supported and aligned. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Sabrina is a very knowledgeable massage therapist. I live in PA now but whenever I go to KC I drive all the way to Lawrence to get a massage from her as I trust her more than anyone else. She really listens and caters to the individual client’s body (and wishes) and she is a wonderful person as well. I can’t speak for the other people who work here but I can give Sabrina a full five stars, in fact I would give more if I could! :)

I tired this place today for one hour today, Sara was polite and kind. The massage was good, but nothing out of this world! The place is clean but again nothing crazy. The price is the average 65/​h.
