The staff is fantastic. They go above and beyond. Everyone from the leasing staff goes the extra mile to satisfy all of the tenants. Maintenance is the best I have experienced in the past 15 years of apartment living. They are proficient, and prompt. The community is just that a community, and not an apartment complex. The amenities are superb. The apartment itself is clean, sleek, and modern; perfect for a young professional. The garage is a nice bonus. All of the neighbors are very nice, and I feel very safe living here. The apartment community is located in the same neighborhood as upper-end homes, which makes it great to live in. I wouldn’t consider renting an apartment anywhere else in Lawrence.

Worst company ever. Alvadora is the same people that run Aberdeen Apartments and a few other apartment in town. I was helping my cousin move out and their poorly installed large bathroom mirror fell on me. Not only did they refuse to pay my medical bills but they charged my cousin $ 200 for the mirror that was stated to be only $ 60 in the lease contract to replace. When asked why there was such a discrepancy, their staff responded with the fact that they could. Seriously?
Stay far away from these unprofessional staff and the apartments they manage.
