Great place to play badminton. Starting mid– March, you can come by every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7−10pm. Schedules may change come summer, so call the city first to make sure! Everyone signs up to play 11 minute doubles rotations, so that we all get a chance to play. On an average night, I’ll probably clock in around 5 rotations over the course of 2.5 hours, sometimes more if it’s not that busy. The only thing that sucks is that there’s only 3 courts, so you may have to wait out 2 rotations before your next turn.
What I love about playing here is that it’s free and most of the folks are friendly. All levels are welcome, so just make sure you sign up to play with someone more suited to your level. Don’t forget to bring your own racket. The facility offers free birdies, restrooms, water fountains, and plenty of parking.
