Very bad experience… was mislead by Ed Watson about when they could deliver my property and communication was absolutely non-​existent from their office throughout the entire process. DO NOT trust these folks with your move unless you want to make it 100x more stressful than it has to be.
ERIKA — The issue is not that it was on the last day of spread it was that Ed Watson told me otherwise. I understand delays, etc but don’t tell me we will do it on one day unless there is catastrophe and then don’t return any of my calls to explain why he could not meet that commitment. THAT is the issue, very unprofessional. Also the office staff shouldn’t say he will call me ASAP a half a dozen times if that is a lie as well. No one there can be trusted with what they say, THAT is the issue.

We contracted for two containers to store and move the contents of our 2 bedroom apartment with garage. We paid for loading services. The team was extremely professional and did an excellent job. They also helped us pack some delicate items. The total fee was exactly as quoted with no surprises, and very reasonable. Highly recommend.
