I could write a book about these companies preying on those that are struggling or in a tight spot, but here are the main issues I have with them.
1. Collection callers ignore all court orders including those under Bankruptcy Protection.
2. They repossessed my car illegally while I was still under bankruptcy protection.
3. They also stole my prescription pain medication from the vehicle. When I retrieved the «sealed» box containing my property, the bottle of meds that was filled the day before… was empty.
4. Criminal investigation and civil suits are underway.
