Mr Tire Auto Service Centers

My Jeep was making a noise that was incredibly annoying and getting progressively worse. I figured it wasn’t anything serious, so I didn’t want to put too much time or effort into it, but I still wanted to get it checked out.
I called Mr. Tire on a Thursday afternoon, and they were able to schedule me in late Friday morning, pretty impressive considering I know of several dealerships with much larger garages that are usually scheduling 2 – 3 weeks behind.
After handing over the keys, I sat down in the nice clean waiting area, and less than 5 minutes later they had my car into the garage. Less than 10 minutes after that, a mechanic came in to explain that the cause of my annoying noise was as simple as the muffler clamp (which had just been installed by another shop 2 – 3 months earlier) needing tightened down a bit more. No charge, and I was back on the road, noise-​free no more than 20 minutes after I had pulled into the lot.
I’m sure there are lots of good mechanics in Cumberland, but Mr. Tire is remarkably easy to work with, and seems to be run by some nice, honest guys. They’ll definitely be my go-​to mechanic for the rest of my time in the area.

I needed to get some new tires, an oil change, and a wheel alignment for my 95 F150. While I went out to go Christmas shopping, I got a call from Mr. Tire saying that my tie rods were bad and that a wheel alignment would just be taking my money. It’s hard to find honest mechanics these days, but these guys care about the work they do. Not only did they take care of my tires and oil change. I asked if they could look at the bar that held my spare tire which had come off recently and I had to put the spare in the bed of my truck. They fixed it and reattached the spare for me. These guys will go above and beyond for you. I highly recommend them to anyone because they are a great group of guys who do excellent work.
