I had two problems. One a slow flow of water out of the kitchen faucet, the other problem a slow drainage of water(clog) in the bathroom sink. Steve and his co-worker arrived within the time period they were scheduled for and both problems have been corrected and still everything is going well about one week later. The price was reasonable and I highly recommend Tim Beil Plumbing. Plus when I called a got a real person(Donna) and not an answering machine. Donna is a very pleasant person to speak to. Thank you Beil Plumbing! p. s. Beil is in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.

It’s plumbing companies like Tim Beil’s that ruin the reputation for all of them. We live in an older house(1950s) and had a drippy bathroom faucet. We called them to come out and assist us. The plumber that was dispatched came out and said that our fixtures were very old. He consulted a parts book to see if the needed replacement could be purchased anywhere. He said it wasn’t available through his book and therefore could not fix our faucet. We asked if he had any suggestions since he is supposed to be the plumbing expert. He said he had no suggestions for us, charged for his time to come onsite and then left. He was at our house for less than 10 minutes. While I understand that a plumber cannot fix a problem if he does not have the correct tools, he should have been able to think beyond his little parts book and make some suggestions or point us to where we could go to get the correct part. He did no such thing and couldn’t get out of the house fast enough since he knew this would be an easy job for no work. We later fixed the leak ourselves and keep in mind that we have absolutely no plumbing experience or training. We went to a hardware store, showed the store owner the part needed and he sold us the replacement part. And the cost was less than the cost of Tim Beil’s onsite fee. If you have a plumbing issue, I strongly suggest that you contact anyone else except Tim Beil. Heck, you can even call us and I’m sure we could probably fix it for less than what they charge for doing nothing. * UPDATE * I just want to note that we contacted the Allentown office, not the one at Laurys Station. Unilocal does not have the Allentown office listed here.
