This place is strange. First one of the waitresses moped and swept under our table while we ate, hitting the table legs and our feet numerous times. Then 3 of them stood right at out table talking with each other for about 10 minutes so loudly my wife and I could barely hear each other. One of them actually leaned their butt up against out table while talking with the others. Weird. Food average at best

It used to be really good food at a good price. Since my changed the menu it’s really nasty and expensive. The parking lot was always full until the change, now you drive by and the employees are standing at the doors looking out hoping for customers

We moved to Laurens 13 years ago… Señor Garcia was not here yet. My step-​daughter and I were driving around & stopped in the Woodruff location. LOVED THE FOOD. My husband and I continued to make the trip to Woodruff. We kept tell the owner/​manager: We need this restaurant in LAURENS !! Then he asked our opinion if we thought Laurens would provide enough business for them… we said: YES !! We told him there was really no other good Mexican resturants (we felt) in this area. Not too long later… they came to Laurens !! We bring all our out of state family & friends here & they all LOVE the food, service & we always enjoy ourselves! When my dad was alive… him & my step-​mom (visiting from Tampa) wanted to eat there 2 nights in a row! Wide selection of things to chose from… My husbands favorite is the Chili Relanoes… mine is either a tamale & a shrimp quesadilla with some fresh avocados and sour cream. Their Texas Faquitas is large enough for 2 people… it is with shrimp;, steak & chicken… delicious !! They make their own SALSA… we know since we have seen the amount of fresh tomatoes being delivered & you can tell the difference between fresh and canned !!!

Great food and great hospitality. I love the atmosphere and the friendly staff. I went in and ordered the fried chimichangas and they were delicious. You get just enough to fill you up and the prices are amazingly reasonable.

The menu is great, the service is great, the food is great, the price is great, and it fills such a need in the city of Laurens. This place is the goto place for tex-​mex.
Get the burro calsoneto — it is a humongous burrito (burro), with steak, shrimp, quesadilla slices, and taquitos all crowding around it on a huge plate. It is the absolute best.

These guys ate the best in town! Super friendly people. The food is great for the $$$. This place is very casual. I’d always suggest the steak fajita. Enjoy!
