Valencia Motel & Efficiencies

After a long drive I checked into this motel at after check in I went to the room which had a kind of mold smell which was tolerable at the time because I was tired, however what I did notice was the smoke detector in the room was broken and was missing and the wires were hanging down. I left my room to go get something to eat and then I came back and cut the lights on and there were roaches running all over the room big ones and baby ones. One of the questions I asked the front desk was did they have bug’s, he said no. This place is extremely dirty and should not be allowed to operate in business. I was compensated by given another room at a property that was across the street which looked like an apartment. It was much better but not well maintained, cigarette burn holes on the blanket, sheets that don’t properly fit the bed and a missing remote for the TV. I wouldn’t recommend this place to the 911 terrorist who stayed here!
