Rugged Wearhouse

I made a purchase from the Laurel Rugged Wharehouse on May 31,2015. Cashier 9514 made it difficult to get my discount reward points. We had a Rugged Wharehouse Card which she said I would be entitled to $ 5 off. She said I neede a promo code. I went home and tried to figure this out. I am having great difficulty with this. What lousy customer service on her part.

I really like the Laurel location of this store. I think that their new lay out is really great and they are very organized. In all locations I feel that they have great customer service. I really like their gym shoe collection. I am a fan of their low prices and great jewelry selection. I will say they use to carry far better purses but hopefully during the holiday season they will have a shipment. Just as a side bar sometimes I am dumbfounded at the things that they try to sale. Clothes so tattered they are hard to recognized or shoes without tongues haha. I sometimes wish i was really crafty and could sew lol!

They do have organization. They have a great selection of men’s wear and larger size shoes. They have a wide variety of women’s shoes though the prices are average. The women’s clothes always seem to be picked over. I do not know when people are shopping but there never seems to be a fresh shipment.
On more than one occasion I was stuck behind an entrepreneur buying up all the stock to resale for a mark up. It is times like those that I wish people liked their jobs a bit more, at least enough to open a second register.
On more than one occasion I picked up what could have been a nice bargain to find a lipstick stain or tear in the fabric. So it is possible to find something good but most of it is rubbish and try not to get your hopes up.
Also, the other patrons tend to be rude and the staff dismissive.
For some reason this is also a GREAT place to get quality German Tupperware. I have no explanation.

Great prices with a great selection for all members of the family. Not only do they have shoes and clothing, they also have items for the home. From décor to cooklery they have it. Unlike the other three Rugged Wearhouses that I’ve been to, this one also carries evening gowns from time to time.
If you want brand named items for cheap this is the place to go. I got Express Editor pants in Heather Gray and size 0 short! I’m lovin’ it Rugged Wearhouse… I’m lovin’ it! They have the best selection out of all the other Rugged Wearhouses and I love it when they have a clearance.
A cheaper version of Ross, Marshall’s, and TJMaxx with organization to it.
