I had the worst experience here today. I was treated like a diseased dog because I have state insurance. The hygienist was great but Dr. Gradishar was so rude and dismissive. I did not feel treated equally. I have been going to the the dentist for over 30 yrs and each time I finished with flouride and a rinse, I discussed future services etc. Today every time I inquired about anything regarding my oral health he would mention cost and the fact that I Only have medicaid. He must have mentioned it 10 times in our very brief discussion. He even seemed shocked when I mentioned I have a credit card as he tried to use that to deter me from further services because I Only have medicaid. I bet he takes the medicaid payment when it comes in. IFYOUHAVEMEDICAIDGOELSEWHERE!

I have been going to Dr. Gradishar for about 10 years and it’s because this is a true family practice. I like to maintain good dental hygiene so I go twice a year for cleanings and have had fillings and root canals, service is always great. Anytime I have ever had a dental emergency Dr. Gradishar accommodates me at his earliest convenience, which has always been same day.

This was a terrible dentist. One step up from third world country. He would pick at my teeth then back away and at point he stopped in the middle of cleaning my teeth to clean someone else. No paper bib around my neck. No place to rinse my mouth. Never again. He gave a paper towel in case” I splash you”
