Not being from the south, I just LOVE the name Piggly Wiggly.
This store was ok. It could certainly use some remodeling and maybe a good scrubbing. But, they had the basics to feed me during a recent business trip. Surprisingly, the staff were not all that friendly (weird, in my experience, for the south), but they weren’t downright rude either. I guess the distinct lack of southern charm just threw me. Prices are decent; not out of line with what I would expect from a grocery store. And, it’s definitely easier to get in and out of than the Super Walmart down the street.
